First, how much you buy from the grid in a typical month — then the ICP or street from your bill. We’ll show today’s published network prices, and flag it if the lines company has you on the other plan.

We usually ask for a refundable bond before supply starts — security, not a joining fee. We work it out from your usage and tell you the amount at sign-up.

How much power do you buy from the grid?

A unit is a kWh. If you have solar, this is what you still import — not what the panels make. About 600 units a month is the usual split between Low User and Standard User.
